Az AlNiCo és NbFeB mágneses anyagok korróziós viselkedése sósavban
Corrosion Behavior of AlNiCo and NdFeB Magnetic Materials in Hydrochloric Acid / Comportarea corozivă a materialelor magnetice AlNiCo și NdFeB în soluţie de acid clorhidric

The corrosion behavior in 1% hydrochloric acid solution of AlNiCo (aluminum, nickel and cobaltbased
alloys) and the sintered NdFeB-type magnetic materials was investigated in magnetized and not
magnetized state. The XRD and SEM microscopy determinations have shown that the investigated materials is
homogeneous structured. – the FeCo and AlNi respectively the Nd2Fe14B and α Fe crystallites is evenly
distributed. The gravimetric and XRF determinations showed that the corrosion rate of investigated materials
in magnetized state is greater than the in non-magnetized state (AlNiCo - approx. 3 times, NdFeB approx. 4.3
times)..
Kivonat
Az AlNiCo (alumínium, nikkel és kobalt alapú ötvözet) valamint a szinterezett NdFeB típusú mágneses
anyagok korróziós viselkedését vizsgáltuk 1%-os sósavoldatban, telítettségig mágnesezett, és nem mágnesezett
állapotban. Az XRD és SEM mikrószkópiás meghatározások kimutatták, hogy a megvizsgált anyagok szerkezete
homogén – ezekben a FeCo és AlNi, illetve Nd2Fe14B és α Fe krisztalitok egyenletesen oszlanak el. A gravimetriás
és XRF meghatározások kimutatták, hogy telítettségig mágnesezett állapotban a megvizsgált anyagok
korróziósebessége nagyobb mint nem mágnesezett állapotban (AlNiCo kb. 3-szor, NdFeB kb. 4,3-szor).
