Using digital twin technology we can develop – that have not been used in practice – new systems in the field of logistics. Choosing the right packaging is a major challenge these days. The main reason is the rise of e-commerce and the variety of seasonal packaging. The article shows the operational principle of the concept of packaging management system that supports the review and continuous development of the current packaging system.

A digitális iker technológia használatával új – a gyakorlatban eddig nem alkalmazott – rendszereket alakíthatunk ki a logisztika területén. A megfelelő csomagolás kiválasztása hatalmas kihívást jelent napjainkban, melynek fő oka az e-kereskedelem térnyerése, valamint a szezonális csomagolás változatossága. A cikkben egy olyan csomagolásmenedzsment rendszer koncepciójának működési elve kerül kidolgozásra, mely támogatja a vállalat telephelyén már kialakított csomagolási rendszer felülvizsgálatát, folyamatos fejlesztését.
