Abstract

The development, current status and perspectives of the geothermal energy utilization in Vojvodina, Serbia is discussed. We focuse on the current state-of-the art of geothermal energy utilization based on the experience of exploratory boreholes planned and executed by VIKUV. The detailed structure of wells drilled in the recent years is also discussed and presented.
