Abstract

In the framework of the tender entitled “Material Science Development of Modern Concrete Elements” with tender identifier 2018-1.3.1-VKE-2018-00003, Ferrobeton Zrt describes the production technological conditions of beams developed and manufactured jointly with BME and UVATERV. We present the challenges of the materials that have rarely been designed in building construction in Hungary so far, and the challenges that the manufacturing technology that has not been used so far has posed to the manufacturer. The difficulties encountered were the implementation of the parts of the project, which are simply formulated in the title, but in fact form a complex system independently of each other, in one container, which was realized as a research work that was also a novelty in the world.

A 2018-1.3.1-VKE-2018-00003 pályázati azonosítójú „Korszerű betonelemek anyagtudományi fejlesztése” című pályázat keretében a Ferrobeton Zrt a BME és az UVATERV-vel közösen kifejlesztett és legyártott tartók gyártástechnológiai körülményeit ismerteti a cikk. Bemutatjuk, hogy milyen a magasépítésben hazánkban eddig ritkán betervezett anyagokból, és az eddig nem alkalmazott gyártástechnológia milyen kihívások elé állította a gyártót. A felmerült nehézségeket a projekt címben egyszerűen megfogalmazott, de valójában egymástól függetlenül is bonyolult rendszert alkotó részek, egy tartóban történő megvalósítása jelentette, ami világviszonylatban is újdonságnak számító kutatási munkaként valósult meg.
