Role of the proposal system in the process improvement

Abstract

One of the most effective ways to increase the efficiency of logistics processes is to use different tools and methods of lean. Lean initially developed in the field of production area, but today it has also become dominant in the service sector. The paper presents one of the basic tools of lean, namely the proposal system, with the help of which the 8th type of waste, which is the non-utilization of the knowledge and creativity of the employees can be reduced. The theoretical background of the tool and its application in a practical implementation are described. The value of the research is increased especially by the fact that the developed system has been introduced in higher education.

Kivonat

A logisztikai folyamatok hatékonyságnövelésének egyik leghatásosabb módja a lean különböző eszközeinek, módszereinek alkalmazása.  A lean kezdetekben a termelési területen alakult ki, ugyanakkor napjainkra a szolgáltatási szektorban is meghatározóvá vált. A dolgozat bemutatja a lean egyik alapeszközét, vagyis a javaslattételi rendszert, melynek segítségével a 8. veszteségtípus, nevezetesen a dolgozók tudásának, kreativitásának ki nem használása redukálható. Ismertetésre kerül az eszköz alkalmazásának elméleti háttere, valamint annak alkalmazása egy gyakorlati megvalósítás esetén. A kutatás értékét különösen növeli, hogy a kialakított rendszer a felsőoktatásban került bevezetésre.
