Abstract

Because thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is an elastomer, it has elastic and viscous properties. It is frequently used for sports equipment, automotive industry components, or special grippers used in automation due to its high flexibility, good environmental and wear resistance, and durability. TPU can be processed using 3D printing techniques; the highest level of precision and form freedom are offered by selective laser sintering (SLS) printers. Static finite element analysis using an adequately adjusted material model with displacement degree of freedom can be used to examine the design of the product that is produced in this way. The nonlinear elastic isotropic behaviour of rubber can be described by a hyperelastic material model. The material response to uniaxial, biaxial, and pure shear loads must be measured to fit the strain energy density-based models' parameters. The behaviour of the Sinterit Flexa Soft material under uniaxial loading is examined in this article.

Kivonat

Jelen cikk a Sinterit Flexa Soft alapanyag egytengelyű terhelés alatti viselkedését vizsgálja.
