Abstract

We analysed 10 honey samples for 7 elements. 6 of the samples were of commercial origin, whereas 4 were homemade. We used atom spectroscopy method in the quantitative analysis of Na, Mg, K and voltammetry method in case of Cu, Pb, Cd and Zn. The highest values measured in the samples were the following: Mg:0,08 mg/g, K:2,1 mg/g, Na:1,1 mg/g. The heavy metal concentration values of the samples were in the following intervals: Zn: 0,02-0,08 mg/g, Cd: 0,002-0,038 mg/g, Cu: 0,001-0,020 mg/g, Pb: 0,001-0,040 mg/g. The cumulative heavy metal content (sum of the Cd, Pb, Cu and Zn quantity) was highest in the samples where the hives and the feed area of the bees were next to main roads.

Kivonat

10 mézminta elemanalízisét végeztük el 7 elemre nézve. A minták közül 6 kereskedelmi forgalomból származott, 4 házi termelésű méz volt. A Na, Mg, K, mennyiségi meghatározásokhoz atomspektroszkópiai, a Cu, Pb, Cd, Zn mennyiségi meghatározásokhoz voltammetriás módszert alkalmaztunk. A vizsgált mintákban mért legmagasabb értékek a következők voltak: Mg:0,08 mg/g, K:2,1 mg/g, Na:1,1 mg/g. A minták nehézfémkoncentrációinak értékei a következő intervallumokban voltak: Zn: 0,02-0,08 mg/g, Cd:  0,002-0,038 mg/g, Cu: 0,001-0,020 mg/g, Pb: 0,001-0,040 mg/g.
