Abstract

A remotely controllable, closed-loop automated system designed for the continuous-flow, product- and environmentally friendly disinfection of liquid products (milk, drinking water, fruit juices, etc.) was presented.
The presented system is designed to provide microbial inactivation in the processed liquid without heating and/or the addition of chemical disinfectants.

Kivonat
Egy távolról vezérelhető, zárt hurokban automatizált, a folyékony termékek (tej, ivóvíz, gyümölcslevek stb.) termék- és környezetbarát, folyamatos áramlású fertőtlenítésére alkalmas berendezés lett bemu-tatva. A bemutatott berendezés célja a mikroorganizmusok elpusztítása a feldolgozott folyadékban, melegítés és/vagy kémiai fertőtlenítőszerek adagolása nélkül.
