The paper studies finite local-unit-aligned totally ordered monoids. It shows that the local-unit map induces a canonical stratification of the positive idempotent skeleton and yields a rigid finite chain-indexed direct-system representation. In the finite case all proper transition maps are forced to be unit-constant, so the representation becomes an ordinal-sum-like reconstruction by cohesive compo-nents.
Kivonat
A dolgozat véges, lokálisegység-illesztett rendezett monoidok kanonikus felbontását tárgyalja. A fő eredmény szerint a lokálisegység-függvény a pozitív idempotens vázon olyan belső rétegzést határoz meg, amelyből komponens-monoidokból és összekötő homomorfizmusokból álló direkt rendszer definiálható. Véges láncokon e homomorfizmusrendszer rigid: minden nemtriviális összekötő homomorfizmus konstans, a célkomponens egységelemét veszi fel. A direkt rendszerből az eredeti algebrai struktúra visszaállítható.
