Abstract

We were all happy about the change of regime, professional NGOs were formed one after the other, and large state-owned companies ceased to exist. The desired freedom came, but how much did it help the construction industry? Wild capitalism, previously known only in theory, has arrived, the cooperation of engineers has deteriorated, and ensuring daily existence has taken up a lot of energy. The construction strategy is now being prepared. How to proceed, I intend to address this in my article.

A rendszerváltásnak mindannyian örültünk, egymás után alakultak a szakmai civil szervezetek, megszűntek a nagy állami vállalatok. Eljött a vágyott szabadság, de mennyit segített ez az építési ágazaton? Beköszöntött a korábban csak elméletben ismert vadkapitalizmus, a mérnökök együttműködése megromlott, a napi lét biztosítása nagyon sok energiát lekötött. Most készül az építési stratégia. Hogyan tovább, ezzel kívánok foglalkozni cikkemben.
