Educational Application of the Bosch Rexroth Active Assist Assembly Assistance System

Absztrakt

In modern production processes manual assembly still plays an important role, which must be supported by state-of-the-art tools in order to increase productivity. This paper presents the application of assembly support technologies through the example of such a system: the Bosch Rexroth Active Assist station, located at the Department of Manufacturing Science and Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. We discuss the structure of the station as well as the steps of commissioning and configuration, and describe how a demonstration application can be integrated into the department’s educational portfolio.

A korszerű termelési folyamatokban továbbra is fontos szerepet tölt be a kézi szerelés, amit a hatékonyág növelése érdekében szükséges modern eszközökkel támogatni. Jelen cikk egy ilyen rendszer, a Budapesti Műszaki és Gazdaságtudományi Egyetem Gyártástudomány és -technológia Tanszékén található Bosch Rexroth Active Assist állomás példáján keresztül mutatja be a szereléstámogatás lehetőségeit. Kitérünk az állomás felépítésére, a beüzemelés és konfigurálás lépéseire, és bemutatjuk, hogy egy demonstrációs alkalmazás hogyan épül be a Tanszék oktatási portfóliójába.
