Abstract

The application of simulation techniques is playing an increasingly important role in several areas of engineering, assisting in the solution of problems that arise in design tasks. Robotic simulation is a significant area in this field. The applicability of digital twins depend on the measure of how realistic a virtual model behaves. Therefore, it is important to know to what extent a simulation reflects reality. In the paper, the correspondence of robot motion time is examined between a real robotic cell and a simulation of an identical cell created in a manufacturer-independent off-line simulation system.

Kivonat

A szimulációs technikák alkalmazása a mérnöki gyakorlat több területén, így a robotszimulációk esetében is egyre fontosabb szerepet töltenek be, segítséget nyújtva a tervezési és végrehajtási feladatok során felmerülő kérdések megválaszolásában. Minden digitális iker esetében az alkalmazhatóság kritériuma a virtuális modell valósághű viselkedésének mértéke. Ezért lényeges ismerni, hogy a szimuláció mennyire tükrözi a valóságot. Jelen publikációban - ipari feladathoz kapcsolódóan – egy valós eszközökből megépített és egy gyártófüggetlen offline szimulációs rendszerben elkészített, egyszerűsített robotcella esetében vizsgáltuk a robotmozgási idők egyezőségét.
