Abstract

It is proven in literature, that polymeric nanofiber mats have excellent filtration properties. During the research, we produced nonwoven fabrics (webs) by electrospinning, then we determined two of the most characteristic properties of these web structure applying scanning electron microscopy: the average fibre diameter and the pore size. Furthermore, we determined the glass transition temperature, the degree of crystallinity and the crystal melting temperature of the samples by differential scanning calorimetry. From the performed measurements we concluded the filtration properties of each sample and its applicability as a filter material.

Kivonat

Számos kutatás igazolja, hogy a polimer alapú, nanoszálas nemszőtt textíliák kiváló szűrési tulajdonságokkal rendelkeznek. Jelen kutatás során elektro-szálképzéssel nemszőtt textíliákat (szövedékeket) állítottunk elő, majd pásztázó elektronmikroszkópos vizsgálat segítségével meghatároztuk a szövedékek szerkezete szempontjából két legjellemzőbb tulajdonságot: az átlagos szálátmérőt és pórusméretet. Továbbá differenciális pásztázó kalorimetriával meghatároztuk a minták üveges átmeneti hőmérsékletét, kristályos részarányát és kristályolvadási hőmérsékletét. Az elvégzett vizsgálatokból következtettünk az egyes minták szűrési tulajdonságaira és szűrőanyagként történő alkalmazhatóságára.
