Abstract

The study presents the history and archive sources of a few old (18th and 19th-century) church tower clocks from urban areas of the Partium region on the Western edge of Romania.

Studiul prezintă istoricul și sursele arhivistice referitoare la o serie de ceasuri (orologii) din turnuri bisericești din mediul urban, datate în secolele XVIII. și XIX. din regiunea Partium.

Jelen tanulmány a régi templomi toronyórák történetére vonatkozó kutatásaink egy újabb szeletét mutatja be, éspedig néhány partiumi városi református templomtorony egykori, vagy ma is létező óraszerkezetének múltját, levéltári forrásait.
