Abstract

On the border river Maros, the line of the state border must be determined every 10 years in order to determine the affiliation of the islands in the non-regulated section. During the bed survey at low water level, the points with the greatest depth form the main waterway, which is also the line of the state border. As a result of river migration, the new line of the state border cuts into private land according to the real estate register. According to the law, however, only state-owned land can be transferred.

A Maros határfolyón 10 évenként kell meghatározni az államhatár vonalát a nem szabályozott szakaszon a szigetek hovatartozása érdekében. A kis vízszintnél történő mederfelmérés során a legnagyobb mélységű pontok alkotják a fő hajózóutat, amely egyben az államhatár vonala. A folyóvándorlás következtében az államhatár új vonala az ingatlan-nyilvántartás szerinti magán területekbe metsz bele. A jogszabály alapján viszont csak állami tulajdonú területet lehet átadni.
