Abstract

The intramountain depressions from Eatern Carpathian are one of the coldest regions of Transylvania. Mean annual temperature increasing more faster in Joseni meteorological station (Giurgeu Depression) than in Miercurea Ciuc station (Ciuc Depression). However, other meteorological parameters (yearly number of summer days, maximum temperatures, amplitude of temperatures, etc.) show various and interesting trends.
