Sulphur content and sulfur distribution constant of pig iron production

Absztrakt

In my thesis, I calculated the sulphur distribution constant and the sulphur balance of pig iron production from the production data of blast furnace No.2 of the Danube Steelworks. The time interval considered is four months, divided into two separate periods. In the first period only sinter was used in the blast furnace mix, and in the second period pellets and other Fe carrier were added. However, the change in sulphur distribution was not due to the raw materials.
