Challenges in the design of the extension of the “Traian Vuia” Airport terminal in Timișoara

Absztrakt

In this study, we present the structural and coordination challenges encountered during the extension of the “Traian Vuia” International Airport terminal in Timișoara, focusing on the complexities that arise when integrating new structures with existing facilities. We highlight the technical solutions applied, the integration of reinforced concrete and steel structures, and the use of digital tools that enhanced construction accuracy.

Ebben a tanulmányban a temesvári „Traian Vuia” nemzetközi repülőtér terminálbővítési projektjén keresztül mutatjuk be azokat a szerkezeti és koordinációs kihívásokat, amelyek egy meglévő létesítményhez történő illeszkedés során merülnek fel. Kitérünk az alkalmazott műszaki megoldásokra, a vasbeton és acélszerkezetek integrációjára, valamint a kivitelezés pontosságát segítő digitális eszközökre is.
