Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution creates some new possibilities for the production processes’ improvement for example by spreading the „Internet of things (IoT)” and appearance of the cyber physical systems. This paper introduces in details the fourth industrial revolutions’ more important achievements and those possible effects on formation of „the lean wastes”. In this paper there will be also numerous new research directions in connection with the manufacturing systems’ process improvement possibilities presented.

 Kivonat

A negyedik ipari forradalom többek között a „dolgok internete” (Internet of Things (IoT)) elterjedésével, valamint a kiberfizikai rendszerek megjelenésével új lehetőségeket biztosít a termelési folyamatok fejlesztésére. A dolgozat részleteiben ismerteti a negyedik ipari forradalom eddigi fontosabb vívmányait, majd bemutatja, hogy azok milyen módon támogathatják a lean filozófia által megfogalmazott célkitűzéseket. Továbbá a dolgozatban számos új kutatási irányt is bemutatunk a gyártórendszerek folyamatfejlesztési lehetőségeivel kapcsolatban.
